Are you struggling to cope with the pain of loss?

Grief can feel overwhelming leaving you isolated, stuck in sadness, anger, or guilt, and unsure how to move forward. If you're navigating the emotional weight of losing a loved one or facing past trauma that still impacts your daily life, I’m here to support you.

As a counselor with a background as a funeral director, I bring a unique blend of empathy, insight, and clinical experience to help you process grief, trauma, and life transitions. I understand how deeply loss can affect your mental and emotional well-being whether it’s the death of a loved one, job loss, or another major change.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and holistic. Together, we’ll explore healthy coping tools, build emotional resilience, and gently work toward healing and balance at your pace. This is a safe space for you to be seen, heard, and supported.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken it’s about rediscovering your strength and reclaiming your peace.
