Hi, I’m Aubrey! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in trauma-focused care and self-esteem. I support mental health concerns such as PTSD, chronic stress, depression/anxiety, ADHD, and developmental/ intellectual challenges.

Personal experiences navigating burnout, trauma and self-worth along with a background in collegiate sports, big tech and in-home caregiving influences my counseling approach to be holistic, collaborative, and led with safety and empathy.

My therapeutic style is integrative with a focus on trauma-informed and person-centered models. I am EMDR trained and utilize cognitive behavioral and narrative therapies to develop an approach tailored to your unique experiences and therapeutic needs.
